Natural Pork Roll Seasoning
This product is all natural and has no nitrites added. Pork roll is a traditional smoked pork bologna. It can be sliced ¼” thick and fried with eggs for breakfast or sliced thin as a sandwich meat. To make a no nitrite added pork roll with this seasoning, simply add four ounces of 811024 Veg-A-Cure for every fifty pounds of ground pork.
Cane Sugar, Sea Salt, Dairy Blend (whey solids, nonfat dry milk, buttermilk powder), Molasses Powder (molasses, maltodextrin), Fructose, Natural Hickory Smoked Salt Flavor, Black Pepper, Beetroot Red (color), Canola Oil, Mustard Seed, Ascorbic Acid (preservative), Natural Flavors, Citric Acid (acidifier), Paprika Oleoresin with Rosemary Extract (color). Contains Milk. Processed on equipment that also processes: Crustacean Shellfish, Egg, Fish, Milk, Peanut, Sesame, Soy, Tree Nuts (Almond, Brazil Nut, Cashew, Coconut, Filbert (Hazelnut), Macadamia Nut, Pecan, Pine Nut, Pistachio, Walnut) and Wheat.
