Natural Veg-A-Cure Seasoning
This cure has been designed for use in place of a Pink Cure in processed meat recipes. It is a natural blend of sea salt, raw sugar and fermented celery juice with less than 1% Canola oil added as a processing aid. Use this cure in combination with our other meat seasonings listed above for processed meats without added nitrites.
Sea Salt, Raw Cane Sugar, Celery Powder (cultured celery powder, sea salt, silicon dioxide (anti-caking)), Canola Oil, Silicon Dioxide (flow agent). Processed on equipment that also processes: Crustacean Shellfish, Egg, Fish, Milk, Peanut, Soy, Tree Nuts (Almond, Brazil Nut, Cashew, Coconut, Filbert (Hazelnut), Macadamia Nut, Pecan, Pine Nut, Pistachio, Walnut) and Wheat.
