Mixing Instructions: Old-Time Chicken Gravy 10lb


1/2 cup Old-Time Chicken Gravy
2 1/2 cups water

In a heavy saucepan, thoroughly mix the water
and gravy mix with a wire whisk.Bring mixture
to a boil, over medium high heat to thicken.
Stir constantly to avoid scorching. Boil and
stir 1 minute. Remove from heat and serve.

Options: Left-over chicken meat may be added
just before serving.

Can be used as a base for stew, meat pies,
Ala-King or Pot-pie.
