Mixing Instructions: Lentil Pilaf 3/5lb

Lentil Pilaf

2 ½ cups water
1 cup pilaf

In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Stir in rice blend. Return to a boil and stir. Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. Stir, remove from heat, keep covered and allow to steam for 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve. Makes about 4 servings (3/4 cup each).
