Pumpkin Oatmeal


½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup milk
¼ cup canned pumpkin puree
3 dashes ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
½ tsp clover honey


In a medium saucepan, stir together the oats, milk, pumpkin puree and cinnamon. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the oatmeal has reached a desired consistency. Garnish with walnuts and honey and serve immediately.
