Crunchy Coffee Cake
Ingredients:
3 cups flour
½ cup butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup milk
3 tsp. baking powder
1 ½ cups sugar
4 eggs
Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup walnuts, chopped
2 tablespoon butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine flour, butter, vanilla, milk, baking powder, sugar and eggs. Mix well. Pour into prepared 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine and mix all topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of cake batter. Bake for 30-35 minutes.Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
