2 cups Buttermilk Pancake Mix
1 ¾ cup cold water
1 egg or 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Lightly grease griddle and heat to 375 degrees F. In a medium bowl, combine pancake mix, water and egg (or vegetable oil) and mix until smooth. Pour batter by ladleful onto heated griddle and bake until tops of pancake bubble. Flip each cake and bake until golden brown. Serve warm.
