Each kit seasons 30 pounds of meat and includes two 10 oz. bags of Hi Mountain Gourmet Seasoning, two 4.2 oz. bags of Hi Mountain Maple Cure, ten 3lb. capacity 2.5'' Mahogany Casings and one set of complete sausage making instructions.

  5. caking.
  6. Summer Sausage Seasoning: 47.5% corn syrup
  7. solids, salt, spices, monosodium glutamate,
  8. .05% mustard seed, and less than 1% vegetable
  9. oil added to prevent caking.
