Cooking Instructions

  3. 10 lbs Grd Meat (Pork, Pork/Beef blend or
  4. Turkey)
  5. (for Venison use 8 lbs Venison and 2 lbs Pork
  6. Fat)
  7. 0.40 lb Smoked Sausage Seasoning
  8. Stuff into casings, hang in the smoke house.

  9. Smoke as desired. ATTENTION:

  10. No Nitrite/
  11. Nitrate added. Handle with care. Best kept
  12. frozen.
