- 10 lb Fresh Ground Pork (or beef or game meat

- 0.45 lb Pizza Sausage Seasoning
- Thoroughly mix the meat and the seasonings
- together. Stuff into casings.

- 0.50 lb Tomato Paste (8 oz)
- 0.50 lb Water (1 cup)
- Mix the water with the tomato paste, add the
- Pizza Seasoning, cheese and meat, mix
- thoroughly. Stuff into casings.
