Meat Tenderizer

Meat tenderizer is the powdered enzyme of the papaya fruit. This enzyme helps to soften meat and reduces its cooking time. This tenderizer can be used on all meats, including beef, pork and chicken.


Cooking Instructions

  1. Meat Tenderizer
  2. Lighly moisten meat with water.

  3. Sprinkle Tenderizer:

  4. use 3/4 teaspoon per
  5. pound of meat. Pierce meat deeply with fork
  6. at 1/2 inch intervals.
  7. Broil, grill, bake, or fry immediately after
  8. applying.
