- Lighly moisten meat with water.
Sprinkle Tenderizer:
- use 3/4 teaspoon per
- pound of meat. Pierce meat deeply with fork
- at 1/2 inch intervals.
- Broil, grill, bake, or fry immediately after
- applying.
