Hi Mountain jerky cure and seasoning is an authentic Wyoming recipe that will help you make a perfect batch of moist and tender jerky every time. Each kit seasons up to 15 pounds of whole meat or 11 pounds of ground meat and includes on package of seasoning, one package of cure, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions.
