This fresh from the farm flavor combination features sweet and sour mustard and sweet peppers. Add this mix to water and mayonnaise, then mix with cooked macaroni and hard boiled eggs for a salad that will complete any picnic meal! This mix can also be used as a tasty sandwich spread.


Cooking Instructions

  1. Amish Macaroni Salad Mix
  2. 1 LB Elbow Macaroni
  3. 2 cups Mayonnaise (16oz)
  4. 1 cup water
  5. 1 cup Amish Macaroni Salad Mix
  6. 3-4 Hard Boiled Eggs - peeled
  7. and chopped (optional)

  8. Instructions:

  9. 1. Mix mayonnaise, water, and Amish
  10. Macaroni Mix together and set aside.
  11. 2. Cook macaroni in boiling water; cool
  12. well under cold water; drain well.
  13. 3. Fold the drained macaroni & egg into
  14. the dressing, cover and refrigerate
  15. overnight.
