Simply add water and yeast to this mix to create a classic loaf of soft white bread every time. Five cups of mix (approximately 1.75 pounds) makes two loaves of this fluffy white bread.
Cooking Instructions
- White Bread Mix
- 1.75 lb. mix (approx. 5 cups)
- 1 2/3 cups water
- 1 1/2 tbsp. dry yeast
- Combine yeast and water, let sit 5 minutes.
- Add mix and stir until all drys are wet.Knead
- until smooth,cover, let rise 25 minutes.
- Divide into 2 loaves and place in bread pans.
- Proof 45-50 minutes.Bake at 375-400 for 25-30
- minutes. Cut recipe in half for bread machine
