Simply add water and yeast to this mix to create a classic loaf of soft white bread every time. Five cups of mix (approximately 1.75 pounds) makes two loaves of this fluffy white bread.


Cooking Instructions

  1. White Bread Mix
  2. 1.75 lb. mix (approx. 5 cups)
  3. 1 2/3 cups water
  4. 1 1/2 tbsp. dry yeast
  5. Combine yeast and water, let sit 5 minutes.
  6. Add mix and stir until all drys are wet.Knead
  7. until smooth,cover, let rise 25 minutes.
  8. Divide into 2 loaves and place in bread pans.
  9. Proof 45-50 minutes.Bake at 375-400 for 25-30
  10. minutes. Cut recipe in half for bread machine
