Cooking Instructions

  1. Gluten Free Wheat Free Biscuit & Baking Mix

  2. Ingredients:

  3. 2-1/2 cups GF Biscuit Mix
  4. 1/2 cup Shortening
  5. 2/3 - 1 cup Water or Milk

  6. Directions:

  7. Place biscuit mix in a medium bowl. Using a
  8. pastry blender or your fingers, cut or rub in
  9. shortening until the mixture resembles a
  10. course meal. Some pieces of shortening will
  11. be larger than others. Add the liquid and
  12. stir until evenly moistened. Turn dough out
  13. onto a lightly floured board and knead
  14. briefly. Roll out to 1/2 inch thickness and
  15. cut out biscuits. Place on a greased baking
  16. sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-25
  17. minutes. Makes 10 biscuits.
