Cooking Instructions
- Gluten Free Wheat Free Biscuit & Baking Mix
Ingredients:

- 2-1/2 cups GF Biscuit Mix
- 1/2 cup Shortening
- 2/3 - 1 cup Water or Milk
Directions:

- Place biscuit mix in a medium bowl. Using a
- pastry blender or your fingers, cut or rub in
- shortening until the mixture resembles a
- course meal. Some pieces of shortening will
- be larger than others. Add the liquid and
- stir until evenly moistened. Turn dough out
- onto a lightly floured board and knead
- briefly. Roll out to 1/2 inch thickness and
- cut out biscuits. Place on a greased baking
- sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-25
- minutes. Makes 10 biscuits.
