Cooking Instructions
- Dawn Raised Donut Mix
- 4-1/2 lb. mix
- 4 cups water
- 4 tbsp. yeast
- Combine yeast & water, let sit 5 minutes. Add
- mix and knead dough for 4-6 minutes till soft
- and smooth. Let rise 45-60 minutes. ROLL
- Oout and cut desired shapes. Let rise till
- double in size. Fry at 375 for approx. 1
- minute per side. Yields approx. 6 dozen.
