This is mix has become a fast family favorite! This all natural mix makes not only delicious pancakes but can be used to make delicious muffins too! Try adding chocolate chips or cranberries to the mix for an extra delicious dish.


Cooking Instructions

  1. Pumpkin Spice Pancakes
  2. 2 cups mix
  3. 1 1/2 - 2 cups cold water
  4. 1 egg ( or 2 tbsp melted shortening or
  5. cooking oil)
  6. Mix with cold water until batter is smooth.
  7. Preheat lightly greased griddle to about
  8. 375 degrees. When hot pour about 3 tbsp
  9. batter on the griddle for each cake. Turn
  10. pancakes when bubbles on top of them burst.
  11. Flip and brown other side. Makes about 16
  12. pancakes.

  13. Pumpkin Spice Muffins:

  14. 2 cups mix
  15. 1/4 cup sugar
  16. 1 large egg
  17. 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  18. 3/4 cup milk
  19. 1/3 cup choc chips or cranberries (optional)
  20. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all in
  21. medium bowl and stir until ingredients are
  22. well moistened. Divide equally between 12
  23. well greased muffin cups. Bake for
  24. 15-18 minutes. Serve warm.
