Make your own Polish sausage at home with the help of this seasoning kit! Each kit seasons 30 pounds of meat and contains two 10 oz. bags of Hi Mountain Gourmet Seasoning, two 4.2 oz. Bags of Hi Mountain Maple Cure, one 8 oz. bag of Dewied Natural Hog Casings and one set of complete sausage making instructions.

  6. Polish Sausage Seasoning: 47.06% corn syrup
  7. solids, salt, spices, monosodium glutamate,
  8. garlic powder, and less than 1% vegetable
  9. oil added to prevent caking.
