Cooking Instructions
- Gluten Free Pancake Mix
Ingredients:

- 1 cup 1/2 GF Pancake Mix
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup 1/2 Buttermilk
- 1 Tb Butter, melted
Directions:

- Mix together and pour scant 1/4 cup of batter
- onto a greased griddle. The pancakes will
- bubble, and when the bubbles start to break
- you can turn them. They should be cooked to
- golden brown on each side. Serve with butter
- and syrup, preserves, fresh fruit, or all of
- the above! Makes 4 servings of 2 pancakes
- each.
