Cooking Instructions

  2. Ingredients:

  3. 1 cup 1/2 GF Pancake Mix
  4. 2 Eggs
  5. 1 cup 1/2 Buttermilk
  6. 1 Tb Butter, melted

  7. Directions:

  8. Mix together and pour scant 1/4 cup of batter
  9. onto a greased griddle. The pancakes will
  10. bubble, and when the bubbles start to break
  11. you can turn them. They should be cooked to
  12. golden brown on each side. Serve with butter
  13. and syrup, preserves, fresh fruit, or all of
  14. the above! Makes 4 servings of 2 pancakes
  15. each.
