Cooking Instructions
- Maple Sausage Seasoning
- 10 lbs Fresh Pork (about 25-30% fat)
- 0.60 lb Natural Maple Sausage Seasoning
- Mix seasoning into meat thoroughly. Chill for
- one hour. Form patties, stuff into casings,
- or leave loose. Slowly cook sausage
- at medium heat and turn often to prevent
- burning.
