This yeast has an extended shelf life of up to two years, is easy to use and has excellent stability. Choose one of three methods for working with this product. The first method is to blend thoroughly with flour before adding water. The second method is to mix all ingredients except the instant yeast for one to two minutes then sprinkle the yeast on top and continue mixing. The last method is to blend one part yeast with five parts lukewarm water, wait 10 minutes and stir.
