  4. Combine mix and 1/2 cup water. Mix on low
  5. speed 2 minutes using paddle. Add 1/2 cup
  6. water with mixer running on low speed for 30
  7. seconds. Scrape bowl. Mix 2 additional
  8. minutes on low speed. Bake at 350 for 30-35
  9. minutes, or 375 for 25-30 minutes.
