Funnel Cake Mix

Funnel cakes are a carnival treat that you can now enjoy at home with the help of this funnel cake mix! Simply add cold water and an egg to this mix to create a delicious funnel cake that can be topped with powdered sugar or fresh fruit for an especially tasty treat.


Cooking Instructions

  1. Funnel Cake Mix
  2. 2 cups mix
  3. 1 cup cold water
  4. 1 egg
  5. Combine water and egg. Add to mix and whip
  6. with wire whisk or mixer on low speed until
  7. batter is smooth. Place funnel cake molds in
  8. shallow fryer which is filled to recommended
  9. level with vegetable oil heated to 400. Pour
  10. batter into mold from funnel pitcher.
