Cooking Instructions
- Coconut Macaroon Cookie Mix
- 1 lb or approx. 3 cups mix
- 1/2 cup HOT water
- Mix thoroughly until coconut is moistened.
- Cover bowl and let set for 15-20 min. Scoop
- or form cookies onto a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 for about 15-20 min. or
- until starting to turn golden on the edges.
- Carefully remove with a spatula and let cool.
