  10. Chinese 5 Spice Pork Marinade
  11. 4lb pork roast
  12. 3/4 cup soy sauce
  13. 1/2 cup vinegar
  14. 1/4 cup Chinese 5 spice
  15. 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  16. -Mix everything except the pork together in a
  17. plastic bag; shake well.
  18. -Add the pork roast and draw all air out of
  19. the bag; seal and refrigerate overnight.
  20. -Roast slowly in 325 degree oven or cube the
  21. pork, add 1 T. corn starch (wait 20 minutes)
  22. then, stir-fry.
